Shipping & Ordering Information Fine Art Prints Shipping Information Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders. Shipping charges are determined by a combination of weight and number of prints. If more than one print is ordered, the prints will be packaged together to reduce shipping charges where possible. Up to two prints may be shipped in the same box without incurring additional shipping charges depending on print size and weight. Shipping charges can be determined while in checkout. Click on “calculate total order amount” and enter ship-to zip code then click on update for total charges. For single orders larger than 8 items please order up to 8 items and complete the payment process and then return to purchase additional items. Processing Time Generally you can expect delivery of your order in 15 days for domestic and in 19 days for international from time of order placement. Please allow 10-15 business days from the time your order is placed for production and processing of your print before it can be shipped. In most cases this production and processing time will be much less and closer to 7-9 days. Depending on the shipping method and destination total time for you to receive your order from order placement may take up to 21 business days for domestic locations and up to 25 business days for international locations. Domestic Orders Orders shipped within the United States will be shipped Priority mail via U.S. Postal Service(USPS). USPS Priority mail standard shipping times is 2-3 business days. The larger prints of 12x18 and greater will be rolled for shipping and packed in a tube. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. You will then be taken to the shopping cart where you will have a choice to continue shopping or to checkout. Note: If sound effects pictures are ordered in addition to fine art prints two separate transactions need to be performed to complete your purchases, one transaction for the fine art prints and another transaction for any sound effects picture purchases. Each store(Fine Art Prints store and Sound Effects Pictures store) are distinct stores. You will be taken to Pay Pal(PP) for each transaction where credit cards or PP can be used to purchase products. Each store uses a separate shopping cart, so you will notice distinct differences in layout between the two. Consequently if you purchase fine art prints and sound effects pictures you will have to enter payment information twice. Sound effects pictures will be shipped separately from fine art print orders and sound effects pictures will have shipping included in the total cost. Refunds Your satisfaction is a top priority. If you have a problem with an order please contact us via email by using the web site contact form and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you are dissatisfied with your print due to an error in production or due to shipment damage you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Return the print in the original packaging along with the invoice and a full refund less shipping charges will be credited to you.
